Design, develop, and deploy modular cloud-based systems
Develop and maintain cloud solutions in accordance with best practices
Ensure efficient functioning of data storage and process functions in accordance with company security policies and best practices in cloud security Identify, analyze, and resolve infrastructure vulnerabilities and application deployment issues
Regularly review existing systems and make recommendations for improvements Interact with clients, provide cloud support, and make recommendations based on client needs
Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues
Manage the recruitment and selection process Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human capital Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics and procedures across the organization
Nurture a positive working environment Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance
Schedule meetings and appointments Organize the office layout and order stationery and equipment
Maintain the office condition and arrange necessary repairs Partner with HR to update and maintain office policies as necessary Organize office operations and procedures Coordinate with IT department on all office equipment
Ensure that all items are invoiced and paid on time
Manage contract and price negotiations with office vendors, service providers and office lease
Manage office G&A budget, ensure accurate and timely reporting Provide general support to visitors
Assist in the onboarding process for new hires Address employees queries regarding office management issues (e.g. stationery, Hardware and travel arrangements)
